    Inverter make, model and kW, DG size, meter details and mobile network coverage. Photos help a lot.

  3. Step 3: Send an enquiry

    Use the enquiry form, WhatsApp, a phone call or email. We reply during working hours.

  4. Step 4: Get a quotation with GST

    You get one clear quotation with products, GST, courier charges and any yearly SIM and portal charges.

  5. Step 5: Confirm and pay

    Send a purchase order and make the payment as per the quotation terms.

  6. Step 6: Dispatch across India

    We pack and dispatch by courier to your site or office, and share the dispatch details.

  7. Step 7: Setup help and portal login

    Our team helps your electrician remotely. Once data is coming in, you get your Solar Portal login.

The ordering guide

Ordering from Indolfin is simple. Tell us about your site, get a clear quotation with GST, and we dispatch by courier anywhere in India. Here are the steps.

1. Choose your products

Browse our products, or just tell us what you need: zero export, DG sync, plant monitoring, wireless links, meters or sensors. If you are not sure, we will suggest the right products for your site.

2. Share your site details

These details help us give you a fast and correct quote:

  • Inverters: make, model, kW and how many
  • DG (for DG sync): how many DGs and the rating of each in kVA
  • Meter: is a multi-function meter with RS485 output already fitted at the grid or DG panel? If yes, its make and model
  • Distance: roughly how far the meter panel is from the inverters
  • Internet: which mobile network has good signal at the inverter room, or whether site Wi-Fi is available
  • Site location: city and state
  • Quantity, if you need more than one set

4. Get a quotation with GST

We send one clear quotation. It lists the products, quantity, prices, GST, courier charges and any yearly SIM and Solar Portal charges. If anything is unclear, ask us before you order.

5. Confirm and pay

Send a purchase order (PO) and make the payment as per the quotation terms. For your safety, pay only to the bank account printed on our quotation or invoice. If you ever get different bank details, call us first.

6. Dispatch across India

We pack the products and dispatch them by courier to your site or office, anywhere in India. We share the dispatch details with you.

7. Installation and remote setup help

Your electrician or EPC team installs the products. Our team guides them on phone and WhatsApp, sets up the device remotely, and checks that it works. For zero export and DG sync, we check that every inverter follows the controller before the system goes live.

8. Your Solar Portal login

Once data starts coming in, we create your Solar Portal login. Use the Solar Portal Login link at the top of this website to watch your plant on a phone or computer.

Bulk and dealer enquiries

Dealers, EPC companies and bulk buyers are welcome. Tell us your monthly or project needs, and we will share a quotation for your volume.

Will your controllers work with my inverters?

Our controllers work with inverters that accept power control over RS485 Modbus RTU. Many inverters used in commercial plants do, but the control command is different for each make.

Send us the inverter make, model and kW before you order. We will confirm what works, and set up the controller for your inverters.

How do I order and pay?

Send an enquiry by the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email. We send a quotation with GST. You confirm with a purchase order and pay as per the quotation. Then we dispatch by courier and help with setup remotely.

Why are prices not shown on the website?

The right product depends on your site: inverters, meters, DG, distances and internet coverage. We prefer to suggest the right setup and give you one clear quotation with GST, so you know exactly what you pay.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes. We dispatch by courier to any location in India. Courier charges and the expected delivery time are shared with your quotation.
