Quotations and orders

Delivery
We dispatch by courier across India. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier and your location.
Installation and use
- Products must be installed by a qualified electrician, following electrical safety rules.
- Our remote setup help is guidance. Site wiring, safety and the final installation are the installer's responsibility.
- Zero-export and DG-sync control depends on correct wiring, correct meter readings and inverters that follow the control command. We check this with you during setup.
4G SIM and Solar Portal
4G connectivity depends on mobile network coverage at the site. The data SIM and the Solar Portal access are renewed yearly, as given in your quotation.
