Overview
Reverse power flow can damage a diesel generator and break grid rules. The Reverse Power Relay Panel watches the direction of power flow. If power starts to flow back, the relay acts: it trips or limits as per the setup.
It is a protection layer. It does not replace a DG-sync or zero-export controller, which keeps solar at the right level all the time. Use them together: the controller does the daily control, and the relay is the safety backstop.
The relay comes fitted in a panel box, ready to wire. Tell us your DG or incomer rating, and we will quote the right setup.

When the grid is down and the DG runs, the DG-sync controller limits solar so the generator always keeps a safe minimum load: no reverse power, less diesel, full solar again when the grid returns. Hindi voice.
