Overview
This Alpha controller does DG sync and has a smart energy meter built in. You do not need a separate meter for the DG control, so the panel has fewer parts and the wiring is simpler.
It measures the power on the DG side itself and limits the solar inverters over RS485 Modbus RTU. The DG always keeps a safe minimum load, reverse power is avoided, and solar goes back to full output when the grid returns.
Readings can go to the Solar Portal, so you can see DG power, solar power and energy on your phone or computer. Tell us how the site connects to the internet, and we will suggest the right option, such as our 4G Smart Router.
